Coach Duncan on Lyon: “Katie played middle for us last year.  She is a little small for a middle blocker.  We’re probably going to move her to the right side.  She will make some adjustments there. Hopefully, we can put her in a hitting situation or a blocking situation on the right side.  Her experience is going to be critical this past spring Katie made tremendous progress.  She has a great attitude and work ethic and, I am confident, that will pay off for her.”

Freshman: Led in EKU in block assists with 39 and in hitting percentage (.194)... played in all 26 matches and in all but five games... fifth on team in kills with 86.
